VISUAL MERCHANDISING, TRAINING & COMMUNICATIONS TOOLS -  A Few Samples Of My Individual Professional Contributions.

PLANNING & PRIORITIZATION MODULE:  A core training workshop for Store Managers compiled and executed by John Buschner, DM and Trainer at the Gap Inc. North East Zone Leadership Conference (September 2008).

WEEKLY COMMUNICATION PACKET:  A branded fluid publication that I executed weekly to ensure that the field remained fully informed of all company programs, initiatives and results.  The document included critcal information from all departments and served as the primary field communication tool for both the retail and outlet divisions.  


John is an amazingly talented individual, whose visual merchandising skills are impeccable; anything John touches instantly looks fantastic. John has an amazing work ethic and he works tirelessly to achieve his objectives of driving sales through effective merchandising.
